At 9:28 am on March 27th, from SPIC Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., GCL Wisdom (Suzhou) Energy and Power Investment Co., Ltd., China Power Investment Power Engineering Co., Ltd., SPIC Jiangsu Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., China Classification Society Jiangsu More than 30 guests from the branch (referred to as "CCS"), East China Survey and Design Institute, Zhejiang East China Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Qidong Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province, and Qidong Offshore Industrial Park of Jiangsu Province gathered in Nantong Landau Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (abbreviated to "Taisheng Blue Island"), and jointly participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of "State Power Investment's Binhainan H3# 300MW Offshore Wind Power Project". As Mr. Zhang Hao, general manager of SPIC Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. announced the start of the project, bursts of salutes were accompanied by warm applause, full of good wishes and confidence in the smooth delivery of the project from the guests inside and outside the venue and all employees of Taisheng Landau.

SPIC Binhainan H3# 300MW offshore wind power project will form a large-scale offshore wind power cluster "State Power Investment Coastal Array" in Asia after the completion and operation of Binhai North H1 and H2 offshore wind farms. The sea booster station was jointly designed by East China Survey and Design Institute and British Atkins using European standards. Based on the design experience of Binhai North H2 and Dafeng H3, the design was further optimized. CCS and Zhejiang Huadong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the whole manufacturing supervision.

With excellent manufacturing technology and efficient project organization ability, our company will do our part to become the partner of SPIC's sea booster station construction again. SPIC's Jiangsu region has 4 sea booster stations, 3 of which are built by Taisheng Blue Island. . This time, Taisheng Blue Island will continue to maintain its first-mover momentum and make continuous breakthroughs in production technology, product quality, processing cycle, project cost, etc., to escort the “excellent” of the offshore wind power project.
