At 5:30 pm on March 12, 2012, Singapore Jinghai Pte Ltd (literally translated, hereinafter referred to as "Jinghai") and Nantong Landao Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Island") signed a contract in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province. Contract for the construction of an elevating platform. The platform has an operating depth of 500 feet and will be a large jack-up platform currently under construction in China. The platform will be built at Nantong Landao Shipyard in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province.

The platform is equipped with a living area that can accommodate 200 people. It is classified as DNV and meets the requirements of the NORSOK standard. The platform will be delivered in the second quarter of 2014 and can operate in the Norwegian North Sea at a depth of 400 feet throughout the year.

The contract includes the option to build three other platforms.

"Jinghai" series of platforms will operate in the North Sea and can be used for drilling, production, offshore demolition, and residential functions.
