At 13:00 pm on March 8, 2019, the technical communication and project kick-off meeting for the construction project of the booster station of the 300MW offshore wind farm in Binhainan H3# of Guodian Investment was held as scheduled in Taisheng Landau. Participants in the meeting were the owner State Power Investment Jiangsu Offshore Wind Power, China Power Investment Engineering Company, the engineering design party Huakan Institute, the engineering supervision party Huadong Consulting, and the relevant persons in charge of CCS Classification Society. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Pan Siwei, executive vice president of Taisheng Landau, and the company's project, technology, quality, production and other functional leaders attended the meeting.

Its internal structure has been systematically and locally optimized on the basis of the original design, which further improves the utilization of structural space layout; the upgrade of the safety emergency system further provides guarantee for the safety of wind farm operation and maintenance; the project innovatively adopts pile shoe ducts The structure of the foundation of the frame booster station improves the efficiency of the installation and construction process.
